Kitchen flooring question ?

Details : We have a typical colonial house. The front living room dining room hallway and staircase have typical oak wood flooring. The great room on the opposite side of the kitchen has brazillan cherry wood floors. The kitchen cabinets are red oak. We are thinking of continuing the brazillan cheery floor from the great room into the kitchen. Will it clash with the kitchen cabinets ubatuba granite countertops and the oak flooring where it will butt at two cased openings?
